• MEM Non-Essential Amino Acids Solution (100x)	5 ml
• B27 Supplement without Vitamin A (50x)	10 ml
• N-2 Supplement (100X)	5 ml
• Penicillin-Streptomycin-Amphotericin (100x)	5 ml
• Human insulin solution (2.5mg/ml)	125 μl
• Filter the media through a 0.2 mm vacuum filter and add 500 μM of sterile 2-Mercaptoethanol.
• Store up to 1 month at 4°C.
