TCF/β-catenin-dependent transcriptional activities were measured every 10 min from day 3 to day 8 of differentiation in EBs derived from ES/scLRP6S/scFZD8L expressing the reporter gene. Cells were stimulated with vehicle, 0.1 μg/ml BSA-FL (A) or 50 ng/ml Wnt3a (B) from day 2 of differentiation for 24 h. The values of vehicle-treated cells at the start point on day 3 were set to 1
