Sixty-three-year-old man with suspicion of prostate cancer. Deep learning image reconstructed thin-slice imaging (T2DLR) on the right-hand side with superior levels of sharpness and lesion detectability. PI-RADS 4 lesion in the left posterior peripheral zone. Biopsy was performed and resulted in Gleason 7a prostate carcinoma. The patient underwent prostatectomy that resulted in local T2 stage.
