diagnosis of epilepsy *	malignant tumor
minimum time of seizure freedom of seven days	inflammatory disease
	severe ongoing neurological disease with vascular damage(e.g., acute stroke within last six months)
	neuroimmunological disease
	immunosuppressive or immunomodulatory treatment during last six months
	surgery within last two weeks
	significant trauma within last two weeks
	hepatic, renal, or cardiac insufficiency
	severe psychiatric disease
	symptoms of infection
	CRP above the laboratory norm
	pregnancy
