PLS-DA classification results for the four comparisons investigated: N° of variables and LVs included in each model, %Accuracy (%Acc) and NER%, both in fitting and cross-validation, for the models built on raw data or on first derivative data. Cross-validation was applied with 6 cancellation groups taking out at the same time all the replications of the samples analyzed the same day (1 control and 1 treated fish, 6 total measurements).
