US-guided core needle biopsy revealed this lesion to be an adeno-myoepithelioma. (b) An irregular-shaped, non-circumscribed, hypoechoic mass with depth-width ratio < 1, with no microcalcifications, presence of halo, and posterior acoustic enhancement features. Surgical pathology revealed this lesion to be an invasive ductal carcinoma.
