Enzyme activities. Caco-2 cells were treated with digested cinnamon extract at 23 and 46 µg/mL polyphenols for 24 h, with 1 mM H₂O₂ for 1 h and with 1 mM H₂O₂ for 1 h after digested cinnamon extract pretreatment. Results of SOD (A), CAT (B), GR (C), GPx (D) and GST (E) activities are expressed as folds with respect to untreated control and are shown as mean ± SEM from three independent experiments.
