1 EC50 value: The effective concentration at which DPPH radicals were scavenged by 50%. EC50 value was obtained by interpolation from linear regression analysis. EC50 values of ascorbic acid, BHA, and α-Tocopherol were 15.67 ± 0.01, 16.48 ± 0.02, and 16.09 ± 0.02 µg/mL, respectively. 2 Each value is expressed as mean ± standard deviation (n = 4).
