The proportion of HAg present within the rsVLP samples was determined using the equation proportion HAg = n(OD 4°C–OD 55°C)/incline. The NAg proportion was calculated as the inverse of this number and the conversion from NAg to HAg graphed across a range of temperatures (x-axis). The temperature at which 25%, 50% and 75% of NAg is converted to HAg is indicated (CT##). Graph shows mean ± SEM, n = 3.
