Effect of the test compounds on the LPS-induced pro-IL-1β protein levels in Raw 264.7 macrophages. The cells were treated with the vehicle or the indicated concentrations of the test compounds for 1 h before the addition of 1 μg/mL LPS for 18 h. The control cells (V) were treated with vehicle (0.1% DMSO) in the absence of LPS for the same period as for the other conditions. Representative images of Western blots are shown.
