Butyrate rescues impaired gene expression of colonic organoids from HBP subjects with the annotated pathways or drug target information. Differentially expressed genes were shown using supervised hierarchical clustering in Heatmapper with FDR-corrected p < 0.05, upregulated (red) gene and downregulated (green) gene in HBP organoids vs. HBP organoids treated with butyrate.
