Results are without (a,c) and with (b,d) donor impurity at the center of the dot. Calculations are with $R_2=11$ nm and $R_3=12$ nm. The optical transition is between the states $|1\rangle \to |2\rangle$, with $m=0$ and without external electric and magnetic field effects.
