The V_1b and V_DQ volumes refer to an initial 1b solution with a concentration of 50.7 μg L⁻¹ and diquat, DQ, solution with a concentration of 1650 μg L⁻¹, respectively. The final volume of each solution was made up to a total volume of 4000 μL by fixing with the solvent mixture.
