The V1b and VDQ volumes refer to an initial 1b solution with a concentration of 50.7 μg L−1 and diquat, DQ, solution with a concentration of 1650 μg L−1, respectively. The final volume of each solution was made up to a total volume of 4000 μL by fixing with the solvent mixture.
