In LPO test, MDA level was elevated in rotenone group as compared to control (***p < 0.001) and decreased in case of OLE treated groups notably in 16 and 32 mg/kg bwt. The SOD and Catalase activity was reduced in case of rotenone than control while in OLE treatment (16 and 32 mg/kg bwt), the SOD and Catalase activity was significantly increased. In all these three biochemical parameters, the OLE doses of 8 mg/kg bwt. showed a less significant effect. (*p < 0.05).The mean ± SEM (n = 6) is used to depict the values.
