The immunoreactivity of TH in the SN and ST of various experimental groups was examined using immunohistochemistry under the florescence microscope (20×). Rotenone intoxicated group showed less immunoreactivity than control (p < 0.001) in SN and ST. While, increased immunoreactivity of TH was observed in case of OLE treated group (16 and 32 mg/kg bwt) in SN (p < 0.001) and ST (p < 0.01). In all these three biochemical parameters, the OLE doses of 8 mg/kg bwt. showed a less significant effect. (*p < 0.05). Values are expressed as mean ± SEM (n = 6). ***p < 0.001, and *p < 0.05.
