Effect of OLE on mitochondrial complex activity of I, IV and V was observed. In Rotenone-intoxicated mouse brains, the complex activity of I, IV and V was decreased than control whereas in OLE treatment group, significantly increased mitochondrial complexes activity of I, IV and V was observed. The results are provided as mean SEM (n = 5). **p < 0.01, and ***p < 0.001. The mean ± SEM (n = 6) is used to depict the values.
