Table provides test statistic for whole brain and ROI analysis for diagnosis. Voxel-level statistics were family-wise error (FWE) corrected for the number of voxels across the whole brain for each test. Significance was defined as PFWE < 0.05 with a cluster threshold of k ≥ 5. For ROI analysis in the left and right ventral striatum, the critical alpha level was adjusted to P < 0.025 to control for multiple comparisons. Small effect sizes correspond to partial η2 > 0.00995, medium effect sizes correspond to partial η2 > 0.0588 and large effect sizes correspond to partial η2 > 0.1379.
