MiR-218-5p played an essential role in the profibrotic effect

(A) Volcano plot of differential expression miRs in CTL-Exos and DCM-Exos. (B) miRNA screening assay. qRT-PCR results showed miR-218-5p mimics significantly upregulated expression fibrotic of markers (N= 3; one-way ANOVA; ∗ = p< 0.05).
