Adjust the amount of ddH2O so that the total volume up to 1,000 mL.
Autoclave to sterilize.
50 mg/mL G418 are added after autoclave.
YPD plate with G418 are stored at 4°C for up to a month.
YPD plate without G418 are stored at 4°C for up to 6 months.
