Expression of miR-15a-5p in ECs following unassisted uptake of LNA miR-15a-5p inhibitors. ECs were cultured with A LNA-PE or B LNA-PS miR-15a-5p inhibitors and their respective scrambled control at elevated concentration (30, 100, 200 and 600 nM).
