(A) ITFG1 was detected on the plasma membrane in the ITFG1-Myc-expressing MDA-MB-231 cells using the anti-ITFG1 antibody (Red). Hoechst was used for nuclear staining (Blue). (B) ITFG1 was detected in the membrane fraction of the ITFG1 overexpressing cell lysates by western blot using anti-ITFG1 antibodies. (C) Flow cytometry confirms the surface localization of ITFG1 in living ITFG1-Myc-experessing MDA-MB-231 cells with anti-ITFG1 antibodies.
