Coronary artery disease. The patient was a 36-year-old woman with a 23-year history of systemic lupus erythematosus and triple factor-positive antiphospholipid antibody syndrome. She is currently in the negative phase of the disease, following daily oral prednisolone 9 mg and immunosuppressive therapy. (A) Preoperative CAG showed a normal right coronary artery. (B and C) Preoperative CAG was used to visualize the 95% stenosis in the middle left anterior descending artery (red arrow), 95% stenosis at the first diagonal branch (yellow arrow), and 50% stenosis in the distal left circumflex artery (white arrow).
