Ovarian CAFs-derived exosomes partially inhibited ovarian cancer cell proliferation, migration, invasion and EMT in vitro. (A) The number of colonies of OV90 and A2780 cells were examined separately by colony formation assay after co-incubation with or without CAF-derived exosomes. (B and C) Transwell analysis of OV90 and A2780 cells was performed after co-incubation with or without CAF-derived exosomes to examine their migratory and invasive abilities. (D to F) Expression of EMT-related transcription factors (E-cadherin, N-cadherin and vimentin) was detected by qRT-PCR in OV90 and A2780 cells.
