BQ3020 and XAV939 promote OPC differentiation in vitro. Differentiated OLs quantified by MBP⁺ stained cells (%) normalized to total cell number. Four-day treatments of O4⁺ OPCs with increasing concentrations of (A) BQ3020 (5–500 ng/ml) and (B) XAV939 (25–5000 ng/ml) were compared to DMSO control. (C,H) PDGF (10 ng/ml) and (D,I) T3 (40 ng/ml) are displayed and quantified as negative and positive controls, respectively.
