BQ3020 and XAV939 facilitate myelination in vitro. Quantification of myelination (myelination index) of RGC–OPC co-cultures treated with increasing concentrations of (A) BQ3020 (1–500 ng/ml) and (C) XAV939 (1–5000 ng/ml) for 7 days and normalized to DMSO control.
