PRMT6 expression is elevated in lung cancer. (A) The cell proliferation was determined by cell number counting at third day in PRMT4, PRMT5, and PRMT6-knockdown human lung cancer H1299 cells (Data represent mean values ± SD from three independent experiments). (B) The PRMT6 protein levels in lung cancer tissues (T) and matched adjacent normal tissues (N) were determined by Western blotting. (C) Quantification of PRMT6 expression by Image J software from Western blotting (n = 21).
