Detection of hotspots using PPI-Surfer. Three pairs of PPI surfaces were compared with PPI-Surfer and corresponding patches were identified between them. Among the identified patch pairs, hotspot patches and residues were reported. Under each PDB ID, we listed the number of hotspot patches and hotspot residues of the entry. The numbers of detected hotspot patches and residues by PPI-Surfer are shown in the column of Identified.
