All countries listed are identified as having some refugee/migrant-specific policies in place (either national policy/guidance documents identified, or secondary reporting of national policies through articles included in our review). Green—policies/guidance broadly in alignment with WHO/ECDC guidance, as summarized in Table 1; amber—insufficient information on policies/guidance to determine alignment, or in partial alignment only; red—policies/guidance in contradiction with WHO/ECDC (in all cases, this related to discrimination against PLWH: restriction of movement and/or confidential and voluntary testing).

a‘Relevant’ is defined as any guidance or policy relating to the relevant infectious disease and refugees and migrants. Guidance and policy documents are included if they were identified by this review or were cited by other reviewed publications.
