Autologous CD4+ T cells and macrophages were infected with HIV-1AD8 (WT and Nef- and Vpu-defective [N–U–] virus) and subsequently incubated with autologous PBMCs for 5 h in the presence of HIV+ plasma with or without the CD4mc BNM-III-170.
