Aberrant inflammatory response in 6-month-old cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance receptor knockout (KO) rats infected with Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Cells were collected from the airways of wild-type (WT) and KO rats via bronchoalveolar lavage and counted with differentiation.
