*Flow cytometry of lymphocyte populations performed on peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBLs) stained with fluorochrome-labeled mAbs. Cells were collected on a FACS Canto II (BD Biosciences, San José, CA), and the data were analyzed with FlowJo v8.2 (TreeStar, Ashland, OR) by gating on CD45+ leukocytes.
