Left ventricular hypertrophy
ECG (Sokolow-Lyon index (SV1 + RV5 or RV6) ≥ 35 mm; RaVL > 11 mm; Cornell voltage > 2440 mm.ms or Cornell index > 28 mm in men and > 20 mm in women (LR: I, LE: B)
ECHO: LVMI ≥ 116 g/m 2 in men or ≥ 96 g/m 2 in women (LR: IIa, LE: B)

Stage 3 chronic kidney disease (eGFR between 30 and 60 mL/min/1.73m 2 )
Albuminuria from 30 to 300 mg/24 h or urinary albumin to creatinine ratio of 30 to 300 mg/g (LR: I, LE: B)
Carotid-femoral PWV > 10 m/s (LR: IIa, LE: A)

ABI: ankle-brachial index; ECG: electrocardiogram; ECHO: echocardiogram; eGFR: estimated glomerular filtration rate; LVMI: left ventricular mass index; PWV: pulse wave velocity.
