LINC00578 promotes pancreatic cancer cell proliferation and invasion in vitro and tumor growth in vivo. (a) CCK-8 assays were applied to detect cell viability at the indicated time points in PATU8988 cells transfected with LINC00578 (OE-LINC00578) versus empty vector-transfected PATU8988 cells (Vector) and LINC00578 knockdown PL45 cells (Sh-LINC00578) versus empty vector knockdown PL45 cells (Sh-NC).
