Swelling and stability of Fe-alginate and Ca-alginate beads with different M/G ratios in PBS or DMEM culture medium after one week of incubation at 4 °C or 37 °C. At day 0, all beads showed size and aspect similar to High-G Ca-alginate beads incubated in DMEM at 37 °C.
