Effect of PF combined with hyperthermia on the cell cycle arrest in AGS cells. After treatment with PF (0, 200 μg/mL) with or without hyperthermia at 43 °C, AGS cells (0.3 × 10⁶ cells) were incubated for 24 h. A flow cytometer was used to analyze the results after apoptosis was identified using Annexin V-FITC and propidium iodide (PI) staining.
