Reduced expression of SARS-CoV-2 S protein is related to NRP1 functional mutation
(A) 293T cells were transfected with the indicated HA-NRP1 (wild type and 4Cys-4Ala mutant) and FLAG-SARS-CoV-2-S1493−685 constructs at different ratio. Cells were lysed 30 h post transfection, and the protein expression was analyzed.
