Reduction of anti-oxidative stress gene expression in Cx-deleted lens
(A) The protein extracts of the lenses from WT, Cx46KO, Cx50KO, and dKO mice in untreated control, H2O2-, or UVB-treated group were immunoblotted with anti-SOD1, catalase, β-actin, or GAPDH antibody.
