Specificities with 95% CI, cut-offs, negative predictive values (NPV), and positive predictive values (PPV) at pre-defined high sensitivities (95% and 80%) for neurofilament light (NfL) on admission (0 h), 12 and 48 h after OHCA and IHCA. The pAUROC presents performance of NfL in the 80–95% sensitivity range. A 95% sensitivity indicates that 5% of the patients with poor outcome had NfL levels below the cut-off.
