The top image is immediately pre-operative. The middle image is 7 days after bilateral APR, bilateral VDRO and left San Diego Acetabuloplasty. The bottom image is at 2-year follow-up, after removal of implants. Bilateral surgery gives the best opportunity for symmetry and durability of outcome with marginal increases in surgical adverse events and morbidity.
