(C) cdc25-22 cells expressing GFP-Cps1p were grown at 36°C and released to 24°C. LatA or DMSO (control) was added into the cultures at the time when >30% cells contained GFP-Cps1p medial rings (∼1 h after release). Cells were stained for DNA, F-actin, and GFP-Cps1p with DAPI, rhodamine-conjugated phalloidin, and anti-GFP antibodies.
