It was constructed by combining the statistical t-test [-log₁₀(p-value)] and the magnitude of the fold change [log₂(FC)]. Red dots represent the metabolites that are significantly abundant in FS03CM (p-value < 0.05 and FC > 2). Blue points represent the metabolites that are significantly abundant in CMGS (p-value < 0.05 and FC > 2. Black dots represent the rest of the metabolites that were detected in both samples.
