Cell migration was analyzed by wound-healing assay. TMZ−only, OLE−only, and OLE phenolics reduced the cell migration of (A) T98G and (B) A172 cells compared to the untreated cells. The edges of the wound area are marked in yellow. The size of the wounded area was initially imaged untreated, then 24 h after treatments with TMZ−only, OLE−only, and OLE phenolics in 40x magnification. ImageJ software measured the size of the captured wounded area. p-values were calculated using a dependent sample t-test. Data are shown as mean ± SD. ** p < 0.0001.
