The additive effect of OLE phenolics on GB cell migration capacity of TMZ. TMZ-only, TMZ + OLE, and TMZ + OLE phenolics reduced the cell migration of (A) T98G and (B) A172 cells compared to the TMZ-only treated cells. The edges of the wound area are marked in yellow. The size of the wounded area was initially imaged untreated, then 24 h after treatments with TMZ-only, TMZ + OLE, and TMZ + OLE phenolics at 40× magnification.
