The determination of the binding affinity of C44Mab-9 to CD44-expressing cells. CHO/CD44v3-10 (A), COLO201 (B), and COLO205 (C) cells were suspended in 100 µL of serially diluted C44Mab-9 at indicated concentrations. Then, cells were treated with Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated anti-mouse IgG. Fluorescence data were subsequently collected, followed by the calculation of the apparent dissociation constant (KD) by GraphPad PRISM 8.
