Experimental validation of CD80 and IL-2 expression in Jurkat cells transfected with akna. CD80, akna and IL-2 gene expression levels were measured in Jurkat cells transfected with pcDNA3-akna or pcDNA3 plasmids for 24 h. We observed an IL-2 gene expression compared to the empty plasmid, as well as a trend of increased expression of CD80 although this did not reach statistical significance.
