ATP1A1 knockdown by siRNAs transfection. (A,B) The cytotoxicity of siRNAs. IPEC-J2 and Vero-E6 cells were transfected with siRNAs against ATP1A1 for 48 h and analyzed using the CCK-8 kit. Data represent means ± SD from three independent experiments. ns, no significant difference. (C,D) Relative quantification of ATP1A1 mRNA. Cells were transfected with siRNAs against ATP1A1 for 48 h. Total cellular RNA was extracted, reverse transcribed, and quantified. The siRNA-NC or siRNA-mNC assigned the value of 1.0, data represent means ± SD from three independent experiments. ***, p < 0.001. (E,F) Western blot analysis of ATP1A1 protein expression.
