A linear mixed model was fit for histologically-assessed hepatic fat fraction (liver biopsy tissue fat) change from baseline on hepatic fat fraction measured by MRI-PDFF change from baseline, treatment, and an interaction between the two. Coefficients represent the estimated effect of a given change in hepatic fat fraction by MRI-PDFF on the predicted change in histologically-assessed hepatic fat fraction for a given treatment arm. p values provide the significance of the coefficient for each treatment arm.
