The table shows pertinent laboratory values, signs and symptoms occurring at the time of TMA diagnosis. For specific patients, definitive histo-pathologic diagnosis of TMA was obtained through renal biopsy.

Normal range values: Hgb 14–17.5 g/dl (male) and 12–15.5 (female); Plt 140–400 × 109/L, LDH normal range: 135–225 U/L.
