The same clarified lung homogenates used for measuring viral titers (see Fig. 1), n = 3, were used to measure levels of selected interferons (IFN-β, IFN-γ, and IFN-λ) and cytokines (IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α) by ELISA.
