NK cells treated with various concentrations of apigenin were used as effector cells, and pancreatic cancer cells (PANC-1, SW1990, and BxPC-3) were used as target cells (E: T=10: 1). The cytotoxicity of NK cells against three pancreatic cancer cell lines was markedly enhanced after treatment with apigenin at the dose of 5 μM and 10 μM, and significantly higher than that of the corresponding control group.**p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001.
